IGT Lab

The IGT Lab targets: 
1. To reduce the IGT members R&D costs with collaborative Grid lab facilities that enable R&D, benchmarking and integration of Grid based solutions.
2. To provide relevant Grid based training, about Grid standards and platforms.
3. To serve as a commercial Grid case study for the industry. Were the industry can learn about the benefits and the ROI of commercial Grid solutions today, including the implementation of the Pay-per-Use Utility model.
4. To enable close R&D corporations between the industry and the academia.
